What is Hogwarts ?
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is a fictional boarding school of magic for students aged eleven to eighteen, and is the primary setting for the first six books in J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter series and serves as a major setting in the Wizarding World universe. Founded around the 9th century and 10th century by Godric Gryffindor, Rowena Ravenclaw, Helga Hufflepuff and Salazar Slytherin, Hogwarts was established in the Highlands of Scotland to educate young wizards and witches as well as to keep students safe from muggle persecution

The Color for the Houses at Hogwarts
The four Hogwarts houses have an association with the four elements, and their colors were chosen accordingly. “Gryffindor (red and gold) is connected to fire; Slytherin (green and silver) to water; Hufflepuff (yellow and black, representing wheat and soil) to earth; and Ravenclaw (blue and bronze; sky and eagle feathers) to air.”
They're Blind
Dementors have no eyes, so they can't see like humans. You might think their blindness would make them easy to avoid, but unfortunately their other senses make up for it. Their primary means of locating and hunting down prey is their ability to detect emotions.
Petunia Mentioning Snape
It's no secret that Petunia was not a fan of the wizarding world. Because of this, Harry was extremely surprised when she knew information about Dementors and the wizard prison Azkaban. When Harry questioned her on it, she said "I heard that awful boy telling her about them years ago."
They Can't Be Killed, But They Can Die Off
Dementors aren't alive in the traditional sense, which unfortunately means that they can't really be killed, either .A Patronus Charm can't kill a Dementor and neither can the killing curse. The only thing that can make them fade away is to starve them of the emotions they feed on.
